By using the GeoInTime mobile app, web application or website you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).
The Terms of Service are subject to change by GeoInTime without prior notice. The Terms of Service shall apply to any new features that enhance or improve the current Service, including the release of new features. The most recent version of the Terms of Service is always available here for your inspection.
Your account will be terminated if you violate any of the terms listed below. You acknowledge that the Service is used at your own risk.
The acceptance of terms and conditions
- In order for you to be entitled to use Geointime, you must read and agree to the below terms.
- In addition to these terms, you must comply with any other terms or directives that are provided through Geointime website.
- Any modifications or improvements to GeoInTime will also be subject to the terms of this agreement, and your use of Geointime is acceptance of this agreement, including any modifications that may occur in the future.
Registration
- The customer is obligated to provide his data completely and accurately on Geointime website registration page, and he is also committed to updating it when needed.
- Geointime is committed to maintaining the complete confidentiality of all customers’ data and ensures that it is not traded.
- By agreeing to the terms of this agreement, you acknowledge that your age has reached the legal age of assignment according to your country and that you are authorized by the company, institution or entity that you belong to.
- If you provide wrong or inaccurate information, Geointime has the right to suspend or cancel your account completely, or not to deal with you again in the future, while keeping the value of the subscription paid.
Billing
When the 14-day trial has expired, a valid payment method is necessary to continue using GeoInTime services.
The Service is non-refundable and is invoiced in advance on a monthly or annual basis. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months/years of service.
Please note that all fees mentioned are exclusive of any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. It is your responsibility to make the necessary payments for such taxes, levies, or duties as per the regulations in your respective country of residence.
Downgrading plan is ONLY applicable at the end of the current plan by purchasing a new plan, Downgrading will result in the loss of the content of the employees’ capacity. GeoInTime is not responsible for such loss.
A quota use is applicable in the following scenarios:
- When a user is invited to the system, regardless of whether they log in or not.
- When a user is created or imported into your GeoInTime Account, regardless of whether they log in or not.
Users who have been removed from your GeoInTime Account are not included in the quota count.
Monthly Billing Calculation:
If you need to upgrade your quota during the billing cycle, you can purchase a new plan, and then the billing period will start from the purchased date for the new plan but no refund for the remaining days from the old plan.
Yearly Billing Calculation:
If you need to upgrade your quota during the billing cycle, you can purchase a new plan, and then the billing period will start from the purchased date for the new plan.
You will have a refund (as a discount for the new plan) ONLY when you upgrade from Yearly to Yearly license.
Modifications:
- The prices of the Service, including monthly subscription plan fees, may be changed with a 30-day notice from us. We may provide this notice by posting the changes on the GeoInTime website and the Employer Web Hub.
- GeoInTime is not responsible for any liability to you or any third party resulting from modifications, price changes, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Cancellation
You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time, by contacting GeoInTime team via email : support@geointime.com.
If you terminate your subscription before the end of your paying cycle (monthly or annual), your cancellation will be effective immediately, and you will not be charged again.
We retain your personal information and attendance data for the duration specified in our Privacy Policy or until your company requests its deletion, whichever occurs first.
You can delete your account by contacting GeoInTime team via email: support@geointime.com. Our team will then delete your account, and you will be notified by email when this procedure is complete.
Upon deletion, all of your content will be immediately removed from the servers. Once your Account has been deleted, this information cannot be recovered.
Client’s Obligations
- After registering and subscribing, you will receive in your e-mail an invoice with your total payments and the date of renewal and the dashboard link.
- The obligation to keep the username and password data confidential
- You will be fully responsible for any use of your account, and you will inform us in case you realized the existence of unauthorized use of your account.
- Pay the subscription fee on time using our payment methods
- Geointime is not responsible for any damage or loss to your data that resulted from your failure to comply with these terms, specifically the clause of maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Geointime obligations
- Provide login details to the dashboard
- Providing a set of additional services.
- Send an invoice for the amount paid via e-mail.
- Commitment to developing Geointime periodically.
- Dealing with the personal data that the customer provides through Geointime in accordance with the privacy policy.
Amending the Agreement
- Geointime has the full right to amend the terms of this agreement at any time, and the customer will be informed of these amendments 30 days before they are effective.
- The customer can object to any amendment within the 30-day period, and if Geointime does not receive any objections from the customer during this period, this is considered approved by the customer and the amendment becomes an integral part of this agreement.
- The customer has the right to terminate the agreement according to the contract termination procedures as a result of modifying the agreement.
User Obligations
Use Geointime for legitimate work purposes only.
- Use Geointime for legitimate work purposes only.
- Not to use Geointime to commit or encourage any crimes.
- Not to use Geointime to receive, download, upload or use any information or materials that may be insulting, disgraceful, indecent, obscene, threatening, defamatory, harmful, harmful to minors, or violate any property rights, copyrights, or privacy. Or any other rights.
- Not to use Geointime for anything that conflicts with acceptable use policies for any connected networks or internet standards.
- Not to use Geointime to insert, distribute or transmit any form of a virus.
- Do not attempt to log in to Geointime or use it in an unauthorized way.
- Do not attempt to break or hack any aspect of Geointime.
- Not to use the account name or any e-mail within Geointime for its exploitation in any illegal form or an assault on the privacy of individuals and the rights of the customer.
Agreements’ Duration and Termination
- This agreement will be effective once the customer completes the registration process.
- This agreement shall take effect from the date recorded in the registration process and continue until the end of the registration or contracting period unless the agreement is terminated by one of the two parties and in accordance with what is stated in this agreement.
- Geointime has the right to terminate the contract or suspend the service without prior notice in the following cases:
- There is a violation of any clause of the agreement by the customer
- In the case of a bankruptcy lawsuit against the client.
- The customer is no longer legally able to receive the service.
- Non-payment of financial dues within 15 days for monthly subscriptions and 30 days for yearly subscriptions from the due date may result in the suspension of your Subscription Service. In the event of non-payment causing service suspension, please be aware that you may be subject to data loss. We advise reviewing the data retention policy outlined in our Privacy Policy for further details.
- The client can also terminate the agreement if there is any kind of breach of his data and this breach continues for a period of 30 days from the date of a written notice to Geointime, and the period to fix the problem may be extended in case the circumstances beyond control such as natural disasters, or a government ban or governmental regulation or Viruses that were not caused by actions or deficiencies of the work team or one of the service providers, and after the first period, the customer can terminate the agreement within 14 days.
